All Star

As some of you may already know, my son Joshua Rahm, who is a senior at Colby High School, has been selected to represent our district, and play in the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association All-Star football game this July.  It is an honor for Josh to have the opportunity to play in the game representing our area, as well as to work for the cause of helping less fortunate children in our state receive medical attention, through his fundraising efforts.  Each of the All-Star Game players are asked to participate in pre-game fundraising, to benefit the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.

Josh has developed a player fundraising page on the "firstgiving" website to collect online donations for this charitable cause.  We also have paper donation forms available, for donors who prefer to donate in that manner. We would appreciate any donation you wish to make to assist in reaching his fundraising goal. I am sending this out as informational, and it is by all means your personal decision as to whether you choose to make a donation or not.  If you would like more information, the directions to access Josh’s online fundraising page follow.

You may also contact Josh, or myself, for further information regarding the fundraiser, or the game.  Josh can obtain tickets to the game for you as well, free of charge. We hope many of you are able to join us in attending the All-Star game, which will be held at noon on Saturday July 19, 2014, at the J.J. Keller Field at Titan Stadium on the campus of UW-Oshkosh.

You may access Josh’s fundraising page online through the following steps.

3) If you wish to donate online - hit "Donate" button at the bottom of the page, and follow prompts.

Open Enrollment

What is Public School Open Enrollment?

Wisconsin's inter-district public school open enrollment program allows parents to apply for their children to attend school districts other than the one in which they live.

Who may participate in open enrollment?

Students in 5-year-old kindergarten to grade 12 may apply to participate in open enrollment.

Open enrollment for prekindergarten, 4-year-old kindergarten and early childhood education is limited.  Parents should call their resident school districts to find out if their preschool-aged children qualify for open enrollment.

How and when may parents apply?

The open enrollment application period for the 2014-15 school year is from February 3 - April 30, 2014.  The application period closes at 4:00 p.m. on April 30, 2014. Late applications will not be accepted for any reason.

For more information about open enrollment please contact Kristen Seifert at 715-223-2301, ext. 2 or
