THE MORNING ROUTINE...
Good Day Hornet Nation! That get-ready-for-the-day call is heard each morning at 8:15am at the Colby High School. The familiar intercom announcement is read by a member of the school's student council which takes over the daily routine and the Pledge of Allegiance.  For all parents and any students that may have missed the daily announcements, this is where you can check back for the information that is read to the students for that day.

REMINDERS:
• Are you interested in joining the high school Spring Trap League with Range Boys Gun Club? The league is part of the WI State High School Clay Target League. Practices will be held at Abbotsford Sportsman Club on Mondays at 5:00pm. Registration is online. Pick up more information across from the office.
 

• Seniors, please check the Senior Google Classroom for multiple scholarships opportunities that have been posted. Many of these scholarships have deadlines in March. 
 

• The 2026 Track and Field season is officially just over two weeks away. If you are interested in being a part of the team this spring, please check your email and complete the sign-up form as soon as possible. Our first day of practice will be Monday, March 9th. We will meet in the middle school gym every day from 3:45 to 6:00 PM, If you have any questions, stop by and see Coach Graun or Coach Wright for more information.
 
 
• Dairyland Donkey Basketball returns to Colby HS on Friday, March 6 th at 7:00 pm. Advanced tickets are available in the HS Office. Advanced Tickets are $10 each, at the door $15 each and Pre-school (5 & under) are free. Get your tickets soon. You won't want to miss this fun game of basketball.
 

• Congratulations to these Archery students who competed Saturday in Owen-Withee: Jacob Raatz for placing 10th for 3D and Mia Rau placed 11th for bullseye.
 

• March Breakfast Lunch Menus are available across from the office.
 
• Are you interested in becoming a part of the student council for the 2026-2027 school year? If so, please see Mrs. Leonhardt in the LMC for an application to join. Students who fill out an application and meet the eligibility requirements will be considered!
