PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES
Dear Families,
Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place on Thursday, October 8th. Conferences can be conducted in person or over the phone.
To give our teaching staff dedicated time to meet with you, we have adjusted the student schedule and conference hours. Please review the details below.
Student & Conference Schedule for Thursday, October 8th
Elementary School (Grades 4K–5th)
Student Schedule: (Grades 4K–5th) NO SCHOOL on Thursday, October 8th.
Conference Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (20-minute time slots)
Morning Block: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
No conferences: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Afternoon Block: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
No conferences: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Evening Block: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location Note for 5th Grade Families:
Morning Conferences (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM): Held in the Elementary Library. Please report to the Elementary building.
Afternoon & Evening Conferences (1:00 PM – 8:00 PM): Held in your child's Middle School classroom. Please report to the Middle School building.
Middle & High School (Grades 6th–12th)
Student Schedule: HALF-DAY of School on Thursday, October 8th.
Classes will run: 8:15-12:30
Conference Hours: 15-minute time slots
Afternoon Block: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
No conferences: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Evening Block: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday, October 9th
NO SCHOOL for ALL students (Grades 4K–12th).
How to Sign Up
Please click the appropriate link below to reserve your time slot:
Elementary School (Grades 4K–5th): Sign Up for 4K-5th Conferences
(No walk-ins permitted for 4K–5th grade; please reserve a time slot in advance.)
Middle & High School (Grades 6th–12th): Sign Up for 6th-12th Conferences
(Limited walk-ins may be available after teachers finish their scheduled appointments.)
Special Assistance & Building Contacts
Interpreters Needed? If you require an interpreter, you must schedule directly by contacting your building’s EL teacher.
Special Education (SPED) & ELL Families: Our teams are coordinating multi-teacher schedules and will reach out directly to set up your appointment.
