App Login and Starting a Message/Chat

Setting up your account for Teachers and Administrators

Teachers and admin staff already have an account created in the app. Please see the steps below for logging in:

1. Open the app.
2. Select 'Menu'.
3. Select 'Login'.
4. Select 'Reset Password' (if first time logging in)
5. Enter your account information.
6. A verification code will be sent to your email. Please follow the prompt to reset the password. 
7. Once reset, login using the new password.

Starting a chat within the app

Users are able to start chats directly within the app. Only users with admin accounts (Teachers, admin, ect) will be able to start a chat. 

1. Open the app.
2. Login to the app.
3. Go to Menu > Communication > Start a Chat
4. Select the list you want to start a chat with. Do not check the box. You will want to select the list title.
5. Select 'Chat'
6. Type your message and send!
