Getting Started with Chat

Only logged in users can access chat. Please review how to create an account if you currently do not have a login.

Note - To maintain security you will need to ensure you are logging in with an email that is listed within Skyward. This applies for both parents and students.

Any logged in user can send chats, but only Colby School District staff members can start chats. Once started chats can be sent as group chats or as individual private chats. Staff members can only start chat with students who are on their class or athletic/activity roster. Students can not send private chats to each other. 

All chats are viewable to the Colby School District admin team.
