  • What is the CSD Parent Portal?

The Parent Portal is a confidential and secure web site that allows parents/guardians to log in and view their child's progress in school. The goal of the Parent Portal is to create a better partnership between parents and teachers.

  • How secure is the information contained in the Portal?

The campus Portal incorporates the highest level of security. Parents/guardians can see only information related to the students they are authorized to view. The use of strong passwords, forced password resets and session timeouts ensure secure access.

  • Do I need special software installed on my computer?

To effectively access your Parent Portal account, you will need:

Internet Access: A high-speed internet connection (cable or DSL) is recommended.

  • What if I don’t see all of my children when I login to the parent portal?

Contact your child’s school to have the child properly linked to your account.?

  • Who can access the Parent Portal?

Only parents and guardians designated with legal rights to student records may receive a Parent Portal account. Each parent/guardian, with such rights, will receive their own separate account. Accounts are NOT shared among more than one parent/guardian?.

  • Where do I find my child’s daily grades?

To view daily grades (homework, classwork, tests, etc.) for students in grades 6-12 (the only grade levels that have daily grades in Campus), click the “Schedule” link on the left. Then click the course number/course name link to see grades. More details can be found in the user guide linked on the parent portal login page.?

  • How do I create a user account so I can use the Parent Portal?

You can pick up an individualized Parent Portal Activation Form in the Main Office of your child’s school. Official identification (a picture ID) needs to be shown to complete the registration process. After receiving the Form follow the instructions included with the Parent Portal Activation Letter to activate your account.

  • Where do I find my child’s report card grades?

Click “Reports” on the left and then select the report card you would like to view. Report card grades are available for students in grades 1-12.

  • What happens if I forget my Username or Password?

Click on the HELP box locate on the sign on screen. If you have setup your security preferences, you may click on the Forgot your password link and enter your username; or the Forgot your username link and enter your email address. An email will be sent to you. If you have not setup your security preferences, then you will need to contact your school for assistance

  • I tried to login but my account has been disabled. What should I do?

 After four unsuccessful login attempts, Infinite Campus disables your account for security purposes.  All accounts will be unlocked each night at 4:00 AM.

  • I lost the letter with the activation key. What should I do?

                Stop by the Main Office of your child’s school, state you need a copy of the Parent Portal Activation letter which contains the activation
                registration key required to setup your account.
